Damanpreet Singh is an experienced engineer with a robust background in technical support and network configuration. Currently serving as an Engineer-Level 2 at Vortalsoft Inc. since October 2022, Damanpreet specializes in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software systems, and network components, with a focus on minimizing downtime for desktop applications and network connectivity issues. Prior experience includes roles at Concentrix as an Advisor II and Advisor I for technical support in a remote setting, multiple management positions at Walmart Canada, and a position as an Information Technology Consultant at UTICS.
