Gopala Krishnan Srinivasan

Gopala Krishnan Srinivasan has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounts. Gopala Krishnan started their career as an Assistant Manager - Accounts at ACC Limited in 1996, where they were in charge of plant accounting and also led a team of 20 members. Gopala Krishnan then worked as a Team Member Treasury at St Gobain Glass from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Manager Finance at TT Krishnamachari & Co. Gopala Krishnan then joined AURO MIRA ENERGY in 2007 as AGM Finance, where they were responsible for finance and accounts and also served as the business manager for a biomass based thermal power generating plant. In 2012, they joined OPG Power Group as a General Manager - Finance, a position they held until 2015. Gopala Krishnan then served as the General Manager - Finance & Accounts (US Operations) at Haldia Coke and Chemicals Private Limited from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the CFO & Head HR at Vortex Engineering Private Limited.

Gopala Krishnan Srinivasan attended R K M Vivekananda College from 1989 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) degree with a focus on Commerce. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, they enrolled in The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, completing their degree as a Grad CWA. During the same period, from 1992 to 1995, Gopala Krishnan Srinivasan also pursued a degree in Accounting and Auditing at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they became a Chartered Accountant. Their studies covered various areas such as Costing, Management Accounting, and Cost audit.
