Jose Sagaseta has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Jose started their career as a Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Intern at Armstrong World Industries in 2004. Jose then worked at Cintas as a General Manager, responsible for the First Aid and Safety and Fire Protection divisions. After that, they served as the General Manager at Equipo Contra Incendio Sentron S.A. de C.V., where they directed sales and business processes.
In 2012, Jose joined C&J Energy Services, where they held various roles including Lead Engineer/Technical Professional, Technical Writing Supervisor, Technical Sales Engineer, and Senior Sales Account Manager. Most recently, Jose worked as an Account Director at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, managing sales and business development for the company's mobile proppant and chemical management systems.
Currently, Jose is the Director of Business Development and Strategy at Vorto, an AI-powered supply chain software company. Jose'srole involves digitally transforming supply chains and partnering with other organizations to drive sustainable business practices.

Jose Sagaseta has an extensive education history. Jose obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1999. In 1998, they participated in the International Exchange Student Program at Colorado State University, where they studied Industrial Engineering and Business Management. Following that, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Operations and Strategy at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
