Rafael Quiroz

Rafael Quiroz is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director General and Sales Director at Voseda Networks since October 2013, Rafael specializes in voice, data, and security solutions. Prior to this role, Rafael held various positions at Cisco from 2004 to October 2013, including TAC Manager and Network Consulting Engineer, focusing on voice, security, and support for major service providers in Mexico City. Rafael's earlier career includes roles at Vital Network Services as a Technical Support Engineer and at Elektra as a Project Leader, managing networks throughout Latin America. Rafael holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an Engineering degree in Electronic Communication from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, as well as a CCIE certification in Routing and Switching.
