Janynne M.

Janynne M. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to agile practices and coaching. Janynne currently works at Vosker as a Scrum Master, where they guide the team in implementing agile principles and practices to support business objectives. Prior to this, they worked at Absolunet as a Scrum Master from 2021 to 2022. Janynne also has experience as an Agile Coach at IDESES TVM ADVOGADOS, where they supported managers and teams in building a trusting and open environment, guiding them towards autonomy and self-organization. Before that, they worked as a Manager at Nelson Wilians Advogados, where they facilitated communication and improved transparency within the team. Janynne started their career as a Lawyer at Espirito Santo Advogados Associados.

Janynne M. began their education in 2008 at Faculdades Unificadas de Foz do Iguaçu (UNIFOZ), where they completed an unspecified degree and field of study. In 2015, they attended Damásio Educacional, focusing on studying law, and completed their studies in 2016. In the same year, they also attended Ibmec, where they pursued a field of study in Project Management. In 2018, Janynne participated in an exchange program at International House Dublin. Their most recent educational endeavor was at Cégep André-Laurendeau in 2020-2021, where they focused on studying French.

In terms of additional certifications, Janynne obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2021 and the JIRA: Basic Administration certification from Lynda.com in April 2021 as well. In September 2022, they became an organizer for Agile Tour Montréal 2022, certified by Agile Montréal. Finally, in July 2023, Janynne obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) certification from Scrum.org.
