William Jess

William Jess currently serves as the Director of Operations at Vossloh North America since April 2022, while also holding the position of Quality and Materials Manager at Vossloh Tie Technologies since August 2020. Simultaneously, William has been the Operations Manager at Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. since September 2012. Prior experience includes serving as the Quality Control Manager at LB Foster from 2005 to 2012.
