Leah A. Ford

Leah A. Ford, MPA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Vot-ER, where responsibilities include directing cross-collaborative teams, overseeing strategic planning, and managing executive priorities. Previous roles include Organizing Director at Vot-ER, Field Organizer for Our Best Shot at the City of Memphis, and Campaign Manager for Gabby for Tennessee House, where extensive experience in program management, voter engagement, and campaign operations was demonstrated. Leah has also contributed to various organizations in administrative and advocacy capacities, including Memphis Animal Services, Rhodes College, and Planned Parenthood. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Rhodes College.
