Sergio Malacrida

Sergio Malacrida has a diverse background in finance and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of Investment Committee at Sempre FEA, Sergio also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Altre. With extensive experience at Votorantim S.A. as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer, Sergio has expertise in hedge, investments, credit risk, treasury, and back-office operations. Additionally, Sergio has held various executive positions at different companies and has a strong educational background with degrees in Economics, Mathematics, and Literature from Universidade de São Paulo.
