Eric Rice

Eric Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Vow Inc since July 2022 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Lumistry since June 2024, Eric also holds a position in disaster inspections with Vanguard Emergency Management since November 2020. Previously, Eric worked at QS/1 Data Systems from October 2005 to November 2020, providing ASP Hosted Services and serving as a Customer Support Agent Level 2, supporting chain pharmacies primarily in hospital environments. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Computer & Info Systems Security from Limestone University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Spartanburg Community College.
