Addy Vignaraja is a research associate at Vow. Addy previously worked as a junior research scientist at Vow from September 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a research assistant at the University of Newcastle from July 2020 to August 2020, where they assisted with the synthesis of core-shell mesoporous silica nanoparticles for the treatment of prostate cancer. Addy has also worked as a thesis student at AbilityMade from February 2020 to November 2020, where they researched the role of ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) in treating foot drop in people with cerebral palsy.
Addy Vignaraja completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney, with a Distinction (WAM). Addy also completed a Higer School Certificate at Girraween High School, with an ATAR score of 98.25. Addy has also completed certification from The Good Food Institute in Plant-based and Cultivated Meat Online Course, Coursera in Transformation of the Global Food System – University of Copenhagen, and Service NSW in Working With Children Check.
