Kelsi Heath

Kelsi Heath is a seasoned professional in food technology and product development, currently serving as a Food Technology & Production Specialist at Vow since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsi held the position of Head of Food Technology and Innovation & QA Manager at ALTERNAFOODS from October 2020 to December 2023. Kelsi also has experience as an NPD Manager and Food Technologist at Angel Food from February 2018 to October 2020, and worked as a Product Development Technician at Vitaco Health Group from August 2016 to February 2018. Kelsi holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago, completed between 2013 and 2015.
