Andre D. has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management. Andre began their career in 1995 as a Supervisor at Bank One. In 2003, they became a Customer Care Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase. Andre then moved to First Communications in 2005 as a Customer Care Manager. In 2011, they joined MedData as a Patient Services Manager. In 2013, they took on the role of Service Center Manager for American Express at Sedgwick. Andre is currently working as a Sr. Manager of Service Delivery at Vox Mobile since 2018.
Andre D. attended Firestone High School and then The University of Akron, where they studied Communication and Media Studies, from 1988 to 2002.
