Faisal Shahzad

Faisal Shahzad possesses extensive experience in voice operations and telecommunication engineering. Currently serving as a Routing and Quality Analyst at VOX SOLUTIONS since September 2022, Faisal previously held various roles at Acmetel USA LLC from February 2017 to September 2022, including Specialist in Voice Operations and Sr. Technical Support Engineer for Voice Operations, focusing on operations management and routing. Prior to that, Faisal worked at PTCL as an NGN Core Network Engineer for Voice Services, specializing in Huawei NGN technology. Faisal holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila.
