Brannigan Thompson

Brannigan Thompson has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as EVP and Chief People Officer at Voya Financial since June 2006. Thompson has held multiple leadership roles at Voya, including SVP overseeing HR for Workplace, Corporate Functions, and Talent Management, as well as SVP head of HR for Voya's Businesses, and VP for Voya Retail Life and Employee Benefits. Previous experience includes roles at ING Nederland as Global Talent, Performance and Rewards VP and Executive Compensation AVP, along with consulting as an Executive Compensation Consultant at WTW. Educational credentials include a BS in Finance and Economics from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and advanced leadership training from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Leadership Atlanta, and The Partnership, Inc.'s Next Generation Executive Program.
