Kevin Lauterbach

Kevin Lauterbach currently serves as the Director of Technology Strategy at Voya Financial since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Product Management at UKG, where responsibilities included establishing platform integration and go-to-market strategies for a newly acquired Benefits Administration solution. Kevin's previous experience includes serving as Associate Director of Product Management at Benefitfocus, overseeing Data Exchange products, and holding various management roles at Paychex, including Director of Enterprise Implementation. Kevin began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation as an Operations Manager. Kevin earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Law from UC Irvine.
