Greg Michaud

Greg Michaud began their work experience in 1989 as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Ketcham Appraisal Group. In 1995, they joined ING Investment Management as a Senior Vice President - Head of Production, where they were responsible for portfolio management, valuation and analysis of real estate loans, and management of the existing portfolio. In the same year, they also became the Managing Director of a real estate boutique at Voya Investment Management. Greg held these positions until 2009, demonstrating expertise in real estate and portfolio management.

Greg Michaud earned an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2001. Greg'sundergraduate degree is a BS in Real Estate, which they acquired from Florida State University - College of Business in 1991. In addition to their formal education, Greg Michaud has also obtained a certification in Business, International Relations, and the Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2021.
