David King

David King currently serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Wisr, Australia's first ASX-listed neo-lender, since January 2022. Prior to this role, David held various positions at IMG from August 2014 to January 2022, including Senior Legal Counsel for Asia Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed legal matters for business units such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship and IMG Media. David's earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for IMG Golf (EMEA) and working as an Associate in Disputes & Investigations at Taylor Wessing. David began legal career as a Law Graduate at Garland Hawthorn Brahe. Academic qualifications include dual degrees in Commerce and Laws from the University of Melbourne.
