Michelle Wynn

Michelle Wynn is an experienced workforce management professional with a strong background in performance analytics and team leadership. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at Voyage Advisory since January 2022, Michelle provides daily performance statistics, optimizes scheduling for breaks, and conducts adherence reporting. Prior to this role, Michelle managed a team of forecasters and analysts as WFM Lead at Peraton from April 2016 to December 2021, developing staffing forecasts based on call volume data.
