David Marthan

David Marthan has had a varied career in the fields of intelligence research and analysis, and law. David began their career in 2012 as a Jurist for PRO BTP Groupe, where they were promoted to Team Leader in the same role. In 2016, they moved to MEMRI - The Middle East Media Research Institute, where they worked as an Intelligence Analyst & Researcher. Since 2017, they have been working for Voyager Labs as a Presales / Solution Engineer. In this role, they have acted as a Product Specialist for the EMEA & APAC regions, providing expertise on multiple SaaS cloud-based defense solutions. David has also conducted investigations, designed analytical flows, white papers and technical solutions, answered to governmental tenders and projects, led POCs, and developed and evaluated new product concepts and features with the R&D and product teams.

David Marthan has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Francois Magendie in 2004-2005. David then obtained a Law License from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4 in 2008-2009, followed by a Certificate in Criminal Sciences in 2009-2010 and a Master's degree in Criminal law and judicial careers in 2010-2011. In 2017, they obtained a Public Diplomacy certification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. In 2015-2016, they completed a Master's Degree in Counter-Terrorism & Homeland Security from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). David also holds a Jewish Studies Superior Program certification from PSEJ Bordeaux, obtained in 2007.
