Phil De Sousa

Phil De Sousa has worked in various financial roles since 1999. Phil started their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen (1885 -> 2002) Official in 1999. In 2002, they moved to TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION as a Senior Financial Accountant. Phil then joined Hexcel Corporation in 2005 as a Manager of External Reporting. In 2007, they joined ITT Inc. as Manager of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis for their Fluid Technology and Motion & Flow Control Business Segments. In 2011, they became VP, Director of Investor Relations at Xylem Inc. In 2017, they joined Polaris Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, Transamerican Auto Parts Business Unit, where they supervised 30 accounting and finance professionals. In 2022, they joined Voyager Space as Chief Financial Officer.

Phil De Sousa attended Iona University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned an MBA/BBA in Finance/Public Accounting. Phil also attended Iona College, New Rochelle NY from 1999 to 2008, where they earned a BBA and MBA in Public Accounting and Financial Management, respectively. Phil also attended New York State, though no degree or field of study was specified.
