Sally McGuire

Sally McGuire currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Vp plc since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of Global Talent Manager at NSG Pilkington from December 2018 to May 2023, focusing on global talent processes and succession planning. As the Founder and Director of SMc Development & Coaching from May 2018 to January 2019, Sally worked with organizations to enhance talent strategies and coaching for leadership development. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Talent and Resourcing at Electricity North West, where Sally developed a comprehensive talent management strategy and introduced a female development program, significantly increasing female representation in leadership roles. Additionally, Sally was the Head of Group Learning and Development at NG Bailey Group Limited and worked as a Consultant at Cda, specializing in people solutions across various sectors. Sally began the professional journey as a Training Manager at Orange.
