Karen Madden

Karen Madden has extensive work experience in various roles within the energy and fuel industry. Karen began their career at Exxon in 1991 as a Manager, where they stayed until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at FuelQuest in a managerial position. In 2002, Madden joined Schneider Electric, initially as a Senior Vice President and later as an Executive Vice President and General Manager. Karen held these positions until 2017. From 2002 to 2018, they also worked at Telvent DTN as an Executive Vice President and General Manager. Madden's most recent role is with VP Racing Fuels, where they started in 2019 as the VP of Retail Branding. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at VP Racing Fuels since 2022.

Karen Madden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from North Carolina State University between 1986 and 1991. Karen then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
