Sandra Tiab is an experienced professional with a background in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at KidZania Cairo since May 2014, Sandra monitors and measures customer satisfaction and manages various teams including the Content Team, Artistic Team, and Special Events Team. Prior experience includes roles as Content Team Leader and Marketing Specialist at Avon, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis of campaigns, performance evaluation, and margin support. Additionally, Sandra has served as an Executive Assistant at Sakan Finance and as a Senior Sales Executive at Insight Magazine, where oversight of VIP client accounts and event management were key tasks. Sandra holds a Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from The American University in Cairo, complemented by a PMP certification from Learning Zone Training Center.
