Zach Williams

Zachary Williams is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Vretta Inc. since May 2014, Zachary has spearheaded numerous technology initiatives while mentoring a rapidly growing team from five to over one hundred software developers, focusing on innovative online assessment solutions in the EdTech sector. Prior to this role, Zachary worked as a Software Development Consultant at MicroLab Services, architecting web applications and providing IT expertise during forensic investigations. At Avema Corporation, Zachary held various positions from Developer to Lead Developer, leading the transformation of Avema's flagship SaaS product into a modern Agile development environment while overseeing hiring processes and client interactions. Zachary graduated with a BCMPH in Computer Science from Queen's University in 2008.
