Line Rahal 🏎💨

Line Rahal has diverse work experience in the fields of data engineering, data analysis, and data science. Line began their career as a Stagiaire at Thales, where they developed a simplified human-machine interface for a military satellite communication software. Line worked on documentation and coding for the interface. Line then joined HSBC as a Product Control P&L Analysis, responsible for analyzing product profitability.

Line then transitioned to the field of research, completing a PhD in Neurosciences at ESPCI Paris - PSL. Their research focused on functional ultrasound imaging of the brain for the study, monitoring, and treatment of persistent pain. Line developed innovative imaging techniques for studying neural mechanisms related to chronic pain.

After their PhD, Line joined Dolead, an ad-tech startup, as a Data Scientist. Line was responsible for A/B testings and developing bidding algorithms for margin maximization. Line then moved on to work at ANSM Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé as a Data Scientist. Their role involved developing tools to enhance data transparency and accessibility for the public and professionals.

Line's experience in the data field continued at La Fourche, where they worked as a Data Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Data Engineer at Vroomly. Line contributes to Vroomly's platform, which simplifies car maintenance for both car owners and garage owners. Their role involves managing and optimizing various aspects of the platform.

In addition to their professional experience, Line also worked as an Entrepreneur d'Intérêt Général at Etalab in collaboration with the French government. Line has a strong background in scientific research and has published their work in multiple journals.

Line Rahal attended several educational institutions and obtained various degrees throughout their education history. Line started their academic journey in 2006 at Lycée Louis-le-Grand, where they completed their Baccalauréat S spécialité Mathématiques in 2009.

After completing their high school education, Line Rahal enrolled in Lycée Pasteur in 2009 for Première année de classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles PCSI. Line then continued their studies at Lycée Saint Louis in 2010, where they pursued Deuxième année de classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles PSI*.

In 2011, Line Rahal began their undergraduate studies at IMT Atlantique, where they pursued the degree Ingénieur généraliste - Diplôme Télécom Bretagne. This program focused on Systèmes logiciels et Réseaux and lasted until 2015.

In 2013, they had a brief stint at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, where they completed their M1 in Electrical Engineering.

Lastly, in 2014, Line Rahal returned to IMT Atlantique to pursue a Photonics Master (M2) with a focus on Photonics for life and environment sciences, which they completed in 2015.
