Betina Velloso Bethlem

Betina Velloso Bethlem has a diverse and extensive work experience. Betina is currently working as an Associate Strategy Director at VSA Partners since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy Director and Writer, Freelance from 2015 onwards. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Strategy Director at NR2154, where they led creative strategy and worked with notable clients. Before that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at VSA Partners from 2013 to 2016. Moreover, they worked as the Head of Brand Partnerships and Events at Paddle8 Holdings LLC from 2011 to 2013, where they created partnerships and organized special events. Betina also gained experience as an Account Manager at artnet from 2010 to 2011, and as an Editorial Assistant at The Brooklyn Rail from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, they had the opportunity to work as a Curatorial Intern at The Museum of Modern Art in 2010, where they assisted the Latin American Art curators. Throughout their career, they have showcased their skills in strategic planning, partnerships, events, and creative strategy.

Betina Velloso Bethlem completed their education at two different institutions. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Newark Academy, where they obtained their IB Diploma. At Newark Academy, they focused on subjects such as Fine Art, French, and Literature. Afterward, from 2005 to 2009, Bethlem attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned an Honors BA degree. During their time at the University of Pennsylvania, Bethlem specialized in English and History of Art.
