Soren Dews

Soren Dews has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2011, Soren worked as a Cashier and Deli Worker for Vermont Energy Company. In 2013, Soren was a Research Assistant at Smith College. The following year, Soren interned as a Career Center Intern at Dress for Success Burlington, where they assisted in establishing a new Career Center and created a training manual for volunteers. In 2015, Soren volunteered as a Vista Volunteer at VSAC through AmeriCorps VISTA. From 2016 to 2017, Soren served as a Commonwealth Corps Member at Massachusetts Service Alliance. In 2017, Soren became a Graduate Assistant at the University of Vermont. Currently, Soren works as a Talent Search Outreach Counselor at VSAC, starting in 2018.

Soren Dews pursued higher education with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Study of Women and Gender from Smith College between 2011 and 2015. Later, from 2017 to 2020, Soren completed a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of Vermont.
