Ryan Bruzan

Ryan Bruzan has extensive experience in software engineering, UI/UX design, and web development. Their most recent role is as a Senior Software Engineer at VSCO® since November 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Remedy Apps LLC in 2021, where they worked in a team of 3 to build websites and web apps. Their responsibilities included designing user-friendly UIs, building custom REST APIs, and creating performant frontend web apps using the latest frameworks.

From 2021 to 2022, Ryan worked as a Software Engineer at Macy's. Here, they helped build highly performant systems for the company's websites and utilized modern web technologies. Ryan leveraged expertise in JavaScript tooling, automated testing, and collaborated effectively in a team.

Before that, from 2018 to 2021, Ryan worked at Applied Imagination LLC. Ryan held the position of Full-Stack Developer, UI/UX Designer, and Web Consultant. Their responsibilities included building robust websites, apps, and web apps from scratch, with a focus on innovative UI designs and efficient database structures.

Ryan also has experience as a Digital Advisor and Full Stack Developer at Asbury Automotive Group from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they were responsible for digital innovation, revamping websites, and developing tools and platforms to improve efficiency.

Additionally, Ryan founded their own web design and development firm, called Snazzii, in 2011. Ryan provided custom experiences to clients worldwide, leveraging their knowledge in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Ryan Bruzan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middle Georgia State University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2015 to 2017 and obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster.
