Omar Aguilar

Omar Aguilar serves as the Operations Manager at VSE Aviation since August 2021, following a similar role at Boeing Distribution Services Inc. from January 2019 to August 2021. With extensive experience in operations management, Omar previously held positions at KLX Aerospace Solutions as Operations Supervisor from October 2013 to January 2019, and at B/E Aerospace in various roles including Shipping Team Lead and Receiving Team Lead from 2009 to 2013. In the current position, Omar oversees 30 operators, ensuring a safe work environment, managing timecards, scheduling time off, and analyzing missed orders to develop preventative solutions. Omar holds a GED from World Hope Academy, completed in 2014.
