Farinaz Tehrani

Farinaz Tehrani has over three decades of experience in legal and corporate roles. Farinaz started their career at Hogan Lovells as a Corporate & Securities Counsel before transitioning to various leadership positions at Sunrise Senior Living. Farinaz also served as the Executive Vice President, Legal and Compliance at Washington Prime Group Inc., the Associate General Counsel, North America at Transurban, and the Chief Legal Officer at Advantia Health. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at VSE Corporation. Throughout their career, Farinaz has been involved in managing complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and providing strategic legal advice to senior management and boards.

Farinaz Tehrani holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. Farinaz is also a member of the Bar in NY, DC, and VA with corporate counsel status.
