Marie Kovarova is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational management and strategic transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as COO at VÚB banka since October 2019, Kovarova previously held COO positions at Home Credit China and Česká pojišťovna, where significant achievements included managing large-scale operations and implementing groundbreaking customer service technologies. As CEO of Generali Romania, Kovarova successfully merged companies and executed major restructuring during a financial crisis.
