Lynn Urbanek

Lynn Urbanek has extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as a Support Specialist for Call Center Operations at VSoft Corporation since May 2011, where responsibilities include providing support for the company's product line. Previously, Lynn held the position of VIP Specialist at Members United Corporate FCU from May 2006 to May 2011, focusing on the staging and support of Branch Item Capture software from VSoft Corporation. Lynn's career began at Indiana Members Credit Union, contributing in various roles such as Teller, Share Draft Associate, Call Center, Collections, Employee Development, and Assistant Network Admin and Image Specialist from August 1985 to March 2005. Lynn is an alumnus of the University of Indianapolis.
