Ben Gajewski

Ben Gajewski has extensive work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Ben started their career in 2003 as a Business Development Coordinator at Marsh USA Inc., where they assisted sales professionals and client executives in various project management tasks. In 2007, Ben joined Mercer as a Health & Benefits Analyst, providing support to consultants in designing and administering employee benefit programs. Ben was later promoted to the role of Associate, where they worked with clients to develop comprehensive benefit programs and stayed with Mercer until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Ben worked at VSP Vision Care as a Market Director. In this role, they focused on providing competitive vision care insurance packages to employers and managing the overall health of members.

Ben Gajewski obtained an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they received a BSBA in Finance & Marketing from the same university from 1998 to 2002.
