Wenyi Zhang

Wenyi Zhang has a diverse work experience in marketing and communication roles. Wenyi started their career as a Billingual Research and China Program Assistant at Georgetown University in 2013 before moving on to work as a Marketing Research Assistant for Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK. In 2015, they interned as a News Gathering Desk Intern at CGTN America. Wenyi then joined PR Newswire Asia as a Global Communication Strategist in 2016, where they worked until 2018. During their time at PR Newswire Asia, they also worked as a Marketing Specialist (Contractor) at Google. In 2018, Wenyi joined Moonmi as a Global Communication Manager, where they managed global PR campaigns for Chinese companies. Currently, they hold the position of Global Marketing Manager at VSPN, which they started in 2019.

Wenyi Zhang completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China, in the period from 2008 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University, which they successfully completed from 2012 to 2014.
