Shawn has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and has previously worked as a Senior Network Engineer and Chief Technical Officer. Shawn has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
