Mumtaz Raja

Mumtaz Raja, PEng, MSc, is an accomplished engineering consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as an Engineering Consultant for VTEK Consultants Inc. since January 2022, Mumtaz leads all phases of CAPEX/OPEX projects, from concept to commissioning, and prepares decision support packages for management. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at ZS Consulting Inc., where project management services were provided to midstream clients, and as Senior Engineer for Major Projects at Enbridge Pipelines, where leadership in engineering and construction activities was demonstrated. Mumtaz's career also includes positions at AECOM as an Assistant Project Manager, and various roles in Pakistan's oil and gas industry, including Manager at Pakistan State Oil. Mumtaz holds an MSc in Advance Manufacturing Systems Engineering & Management from the University of Bradford and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
