Gustavo Rios

Gustavo Rios has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at VTEX, where Gustavo has held various leadership positions including Head of Field Software Engineer, Head Of CX Enablement, and Head of Professional Services - US since August 2008. Prior to VTEX, Gustavo was the Owner of Migweb from 1998 to 2010 and a Partner at e-PLATAFORMA from 2006 to 2008. Additional professional experience includes roles as IT Analyst at Sack's.com, IT Consultant at Datasus, and IT Consultant - Web Developer at Choice Technologies S.A., as well as a Trainee position at FGV. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Santa Úrsula, obtained from 1996 to 2002.
