Maria Eduarda Couri has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Field Software Engineer Director and Head of Customer Experience at VTEX since May 2021. Prior to this, Maria held the position of Senior Business Development at ESCALE, focusing on digital service sales strategies and lead retention in the telecom segment. Earlier roles include Account Director at Upstream, where Maria managed end-to-end projects for major Brazilian mobile operators, and Marketing and Sales Manager at FS, responsible for multi-operator digital promotions. Maria's career initiated at TIM Brasil, overseeing strategy for value-added services and customer relationship management. Initial professional experience includes roles at Coca Cola Andina Brasil in logistics and quality management. Maria holds an Executive MBA in Marketing Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho.
