Kerstin Kamphaus

Kerstin Kamphaus serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at VTG since January 2024, contributing to the company's growth narrative. Previously, Kerstin held various key HR roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk from September 2021 to December 2023, including Global Capability Business Partner and Global Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition, where efforts focused on recruitment strategies to support the organization's logistics solutions growth. Kerstin also served as CHRO of Hamburg Süd, overseeing HR alignment with Maersk, and held several leadership positions at Vattenfall from 2007 to 2020, including VP HR Customers & Solutions and Director Leadership Institute, leading HR initiatives across multiple European countries. Kerstin's career began at Colgate Palmolive, with a degree in Economics from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and further education at Towson State University in the U.S.
