James Harms

James Harms is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in both military and analytical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at VT Group since February 2020, Harms previously held the position of 8th Army Aviation Operations Officer at CGCC from July 2018 to August 2019. Harms' military career includes significant roles in the US Army from 2007 to 2019, including Lead Aviation Planner for the 25th Infantry Division, C Troop Standardization Pilot, Battalion Master Gunner, and Instructor Pilot. Harms began military service as a Navy Rescue Swimmer from 1998 to 2006. Educational background includes studies at Joliet Junior College and a high school diploma from Lexington High School.
