Cynthia Laird, MSCM, has extensive experience in contract administration, with a career spanning several organizations since 1987. Currently serving at VT Group since January 2018 as a Contract Administrator, Cynthia has previously held senior roles at The GBS Group and served as the Director of Sponsored Programs at Old Dominion University Research Foundation. Additional positions include Senior Contracts Manager at Ishpi Information Technologies, Lead/Vice President of Contracts at W R Systems, and Vice President of Contracts Administration at Computer & Hi-Tech Management.
