Shameem Bhat

Shameem Bhat has a strong background in IT operations and system administration. Shameem began their career in 2013 as a System Administrator at Rooman Technologies, where they maintained system efficiency and supported various network systems. In 2014, they joined Vtiger CRM as an IT Operations Engineer, where they monitored and responded to alerts in a timely manner, analyzed root causes, and worked on resolutions. In 2018, Shameem took on additional responsibilities at Vtiger CRM as the Security Ops Lead and Data Protection Officer.

Shameem Bhat pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology from the Central University of Kashmir, starting in 2011 and completing it in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Shameem has obtained certifications in ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor (Information Security Management Systems) from TÜV NORD CERT in June 2023 and Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction from IBM in July 2020.
