Nicholas Hunter

Nicholas Hunter is a seasoned professional with nearly 15 years of experience in the leasing and development sector. Currently serving as the Market Activation Manager at VTS since December 2021, Nicholas previously held the position of Vice President & Markets Director at MGA, Inc. from February 2017 to November 2021. Prior to that, Nicholas was the Vice President at POUNDS, a commercial real estate development and construction firm, from May 2010 to July 2016, where the focus was on commercial retail and multi-family building projects in Washington, DC. Earlier career roles include Senior Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle and Research Analyst positions at CB Richard Ellis and CoStar Group. Nicholas Hunter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia between 1998 and 2002.
