Thomas S. has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in both clinical development and medical affairs. Thomas most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer at vTv Therapeutics LLC starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant from 2022 to 2023 and served as the Chief Medical Officer at Faeth Therapeutics from March 2022 to September 2022. Thomas also held positions at Molecular Templates, Omeros Corporation, Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Asubio Pharmaceuticals US, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly & Company, where they held various senior leadership roles.

Thomas S. has a strong education background in the medical field. Thomas earned their MD degree in Medicine from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 1984. Thomas then pursued a Doctorate in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same university from 1983 to 1985.
