Lynn Nantana-Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Lynn started their career as a Loan Consultant at Southcoast Mortgage Company in 2003, where they generated $22.5M in residential mortgage sales and recruited, trained, and mentored new loan consultants. In 2007, they worked as a Loan Consultant at Infiniti Investment & Loans, selling $3.9M in residential mortgage loan transactions in four months. Lynn then joined A+E Networks in 2007, starting as an Administrative Assistant, where they coordinated schedules, marketing, and promotions for the video-on-demand platform and provided general administrative support. Lynn then moved up to the role of Coordinator, Affiliate Sales & Marketing, managing a $1M operations and marketing budget and securing marketing placements with affiliate partners. Lynn eventually became the Manager, Distribution National Accounts, handling relationships with top accounts, negotiating contracts, and increasing distribution and revenue for A+E Networks. In 2014, Lynn joined Vubiquity as the Director, Strategic Accounts, where they managed, identified, and implemented workflow efficiencies and served as the point of contact for operations with the premier client, Verizon. Within their first six months at Vubiquity, they identified areas of opportunities and implemented new workflows, resulting in a significant increase in on-time delivery performance.
