Michał Kwiatkowski

Michal Kwiatkowski is an experienced product and operations leader with a strong background in technology and project management. Currently serving as Product Director at Alokai, Michal is focused on developing a Frontend As A Service platform for composable commerce. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Audioteka, where Michal implemented agile methodologies and managed project portfolios, along with leading partnerships and system integration efforts. Earlier experiences encompass technical account management at Motorola, Samsung Electronics, and project management roles within Audioteka, showcasing a robust track record in product launches and business development across various sectors. Michal holds an M.Sc in Telecommunications Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and additional education from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
