Christie Dilbeck

Christie Dilbeck has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager III at Vulcan, a Division of ITW Food Equipment Group, since October 2014. In this role, Christie focuses on optimizing production, purchasing, and scheduling within the Ranges and Heated Holding businesses, ensuring high-quality machines and on-time delivery in the food service industry. Prior to this, Christie held various positions at Aggreko from 2006 to 2014, including Operations Manager for Fleet and Logistics, where oversight of $62 million in rental assets contributed to significant annual revenue. Additional roles at Aggreko included Group Internal Auditor and Business Process Specialist, focusing on audit reviews and process improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Power & Water, where Christie led numerous projects to enhance commercial processes and financial performance. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University Northwest, earned from 1993 to 1998.
