Noa Kremer

Noa Kremer is the Director of People Operations at Vulcan Cyber. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's employee experience, benefits, and facilities departments.

Prior to joining Vulcan Cyber, Kremer was the People Operations Manager at Symantec. In this role, they worked with managers from Symantec's EMEA finance, benefits, and facilities departments to ensure a smooth acquisition process. Noa also helped build the Symantec entity in Israel while maintaining the unique culture of each start-up.

Before joining Symantec, Kremer was the Employee Experience Specialist at Skycure. In this role, they were responsible for managing the office manager and providing support to employees during the acquisition process.

Noa Kremer has a Master of Arts in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Sapir College.
