Justin is also the Founder & CEO of Make It Rain USA, a Google Certified digital marketing agency, and the previous Founder & CEO of Make It Rain in the UK. With experience in digital marketing and account management, Justin has also held roles at Latitude Digital Marketing, TBWA, and TEQUILA / TBWA Advertising Agency. Hayward's background includes managing marketing projects for Best Western Hotels GB and Justin holds a degree from Teesside University.
