Pilar Illueca

Pilar Illueca has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pilar most recently served as the Director of VVA Project & Cost Managers in their Miami office starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Miami from September 2021 to May 2023 as the Executive Director of Design & Construction.

Before their time at the University of Miami, Pilar held various roles at The Padron Group, LLC from May 2014 to September 2021, including Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Pilar also worked as a Residential Owner's Representative at Freelance Home Remodel from September 2012 to December 2013.

Pilar's earlier experiences include working in the IT Department at Univision Communications from January 2001 to February 2012 as a Project Specialist. Pilar also worked as an Associate Producer in the Network News department at Univision Communications Inc. from June 1998 to July 2000.

Pilar Illueca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications with a minor in French from Barry University. Pilar also received an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from Miami Dade College. In 2018, they completed a Project Management Professional program at Florida Atlantic University.
